"Okay kidding a new mortgage is a pain it's a pain first of all fax machines I don't own a fax machine going to kinkos all your paperwork again yes somebody wants different paperwork potentially and and you get down the road with that and yours no time no you're a few weeks into that and you start thinking while I might get a better rate but it gets getting the better rate worth going through all that pain to get those documents again but in the end saving one hundred dollars a month for 30 years that's thousands and thousands of dollars for us we say yes yeah it's worth it yes it's worth it but it is a hassle it's cable I could have cable instead yeah I'm spending on a mortgage"
